CITÉ MIDTOWN

We partnered with Urban Capital to bring a unique experience to life for their latest Montreal master planned community CITÉ MIDTOWN.

Our team developed a touchscreen application that allows users to visualize the potential of the project, from every angle and time of the day.

They are also able to freely walk around the community, take off on an aerial view to fully understand the scope of the master plan, or simply enjoy the view from multiple predetermined paths.

The touchscreen application proved to be an exciting experience to brokers and buyers, resulting in selling out phase 1 in a week.
