A PERSONALIZED VIDEO CAMPAIGN

It's always difficult to visualize your perfect home and to imagine yourself living there, especially when the area is under developed and you are buying into a 10 year masterplan, so the challenge was to drive sales by making the experience as personal as possible by helping homebuyers visualizing the future community and see themselves in the home of their dreams.

To make it as realistic as possible for homeowners, we created a social media campaign that allowed users to create their own unique videos showcasing their future lifestyle at Empire Avalon. Our team developed an app to gather information about the user's lifestyle through a set of questions while connecting with their social media.

The experience was highly personalized, culminating in the creation of a video that was fine-tuned to the user's preferences in terms of the community's lifestyle and amenities.

Extensive use of VFX and 3D animation was used to create an experience that features the community in a realistic and organic way, with additional CGI technology to highlight décor features. The end result: a believable, personalized video starring the user, carefully scripted, storyboarded and produced to highlight the essence of community amenities and the homes. A series of prompts and personalized messages were also carefully created so users could share them on social media channels.

In addition, our team was in charge of all the visualization, online presence and a flexible touchscreen application that allows user to browse the community features while showing the most up to date content.
